Q: Could you tell me the price for the glassblowing experience?
The glassblowing experience costs ¥5,500 per piece. You can make a drinking glass, a small bowl, or a vase. If you would like to make a wind chime, there is an additional ¥500 charge.
Q. How long does the experience take?
- 2 people: 45–60 minutes
- 4 people: About 90 minutes
- 6 people: About 2 hours
For groups of 7 or more, or depending on staff availability, two people may work at the same time. In this case, the total time may be shorter. Please contact us for details.
Q. What is the minimum age?
Children around 5 years old and above can participate with an accompanying adult.
Q. When can I pick up my glass?
You can pick it up 2 business days after your experience.
Examples:
- Made on Tuesday → Pick up from Thursday
- Made on Saturday → Sunday and Monday are closed, so pick up from Wednesday
Q. Can you ship my glass?
Yes. Shipping is available.
But only TAIWAN,HONG KONG,KOREA.
- 1～2glass cup: ￥3,000
- 3～4glass cup: ￥3,500
- 5 or more: two packages.(￥3,500×2)
Q. Can I make more than one glass by myself?
Yes. Please reserve one slot for each glass you would like to make.
Q. Can I make a larger glass?
Yes. A large-size option is available for an additional ¥500.
Q. What should I wear?
Aprons and gloves are provided. Any comfortable clothing is fine as long as it is not overly revealing.
Q. Is there a cancellation fee?
There is normally no cancellation fee. However, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows that cause a loss may be charged a cancellation fee, except in special circumstances.
Q. Is parking available?
Yes. Please share the parking spaces with other guests.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards, and QR code payments.
Experience Flow
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your reservation time.
- Check in at the shop (we will ask for your name).
- Choose your glass design together (about 15 minutes).
- Make your glass in the workshop (about 15 minutes per person).
- Payment and finish.
- Pick up your glass 2 business days later, or have it shipped.
If you choose shipping, you will fill out a shipping form on the day.
Important Notes
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to make all reserved items.
- Please allow extra travel time and arrive on time.
- If you would like more time to choose your design, or if you are visiting with a large group, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
- The workshop can be very hot, so please bring a drink.
- Please note that only a temporary restroom is available.
